Kim Deal and Morgan Nagler - Range on CastleFormer Pixies member and founding member of The Breeders Kim Deal has released another track with Morgan Nagler, a.k.a. Whispertown. The clip was put together by Nagler's brother, and features footage from the 1963 Roger Corman film The Terror.

Angus & Julia Stone - A HeartbreakOver the last few months we've been loving "Heart Beats Slow" and "Death Defying Acts" by Angus & Julia Stone. Now we can enjoy this track, "A Heartbreak" album ahead of the release of their self-titled album on 1st August.

Maxi - Walking With The AnimalsMelbourne musician Maxi will launch her new single "Walking With The Animals" at The Toff In Town on Thursday July 10th, supported by Lanks & Japanese Wallpaper. When auditioning for the kids seen in the video, Maxi put a call out to kids aged between 8-14 to mime the Gloria Gaynor classic 'I Will Survive'. Two children were chosen and the video was shot in one day, taking inspiration from Twin Peaks and Billy Elliot for the look and the feel of the video.

Tobias Hengeveld - The Daylight Express"The Daylight Express" is the title track to Melbourne singer-songwriter Tobias Hengeveld's forthcoming album. Due out on 1st July, the album is his second solo release, following 2009's stunning All The Lines Are Down. Read about the unusual location in which the songs for the new album were developed and how it informed the music here, and check out the video for the album's lead single "Fools Rush In". With a run of shows coming up in his home town, Tobias will launch the album on Friday 15 August at Bella Union.
