The latest Kim Deal and Morgan Nagler song "Range On Castle" is a beautiful track that will get stuck in your head. 

Charles Bradley & LaRose Jackson have just released a 45rpm. It's not available in full, digitally, but you can listen to a preview of it here, and we recommend you do!

White Fence (a.k.a. Tim Presley) has enlisted Ty Segall to produce his fifth album, For The Recently Found Innocent.
 
Los Angeles Police Department (a.k.a. Ryan Pollie) will release his debut album on 2nd September. The self-titled album's songs will take the listener on a journey following a burgeoning relationship until its untimely end. The album will be released by on vinyl by Forged Artifacts an cassette by ChillMegaChill.
 
As the lead singer of the Blackeyed Susans for the last 25 years, Rob Snarski has developed a solid fan base and a reputation as one of Australia's finest singers. This month he's released his debut solo album, Wounded Bird. The album was co-produced by Rob Snarski and Dan Luscombe with additional production by Shane O'Mara. In collaboration with Snarski, the album features Dan Luscombe, JP Shilo, Clare Moore, Ashley Davies, Bruce Haymes, Shane O'Mara, Phil Kakulas, Jane Hendry and Ralf Rehak.

Melbourne artist Courtney Barnett has had a big year, playing overseas festivals including Coachella, Primavera Sound and Glastonbury plus countless other shows. She's just released "Pickles From The Jar" which will appear on the forthcoming compilation by the label she runs, Milk! Records. Other Milk! artists on the compilation include Royston Vasie, Jen Cloher, Fraser A Gorman and The Finks. Courtney will play Splendour in The Grass this month, before shows around Australia and New Zealand in September and October, and visiting North America and Europe again before the end of the year. British musician Bat for Lashes (aka Natasha Khan) has contributed "Skin Song" to the Body of Songs project. The compilation will also feature Goldie and Ghostpoet, amongst others, and all tracks will be about human anatomy. It's due for release in 2015. Khan recently appeared on Damon Albarn's solo album (singing on the track "Selfish Giant") and last year, collaborated with John Hopkins on a song for the film "How I Live Now". Austin/Brooklyn act Meenk have recently released their debut track EP Scamu Scau, containing 4 lo-fi pop tracks.  
 
Gum is the solo project of Jay Watson (Tame Impala, Pond) and Delorean Highway (his debut album under the Gum moniker), was released at the end of May by Spinning Top. Watson describes the album as a consisting of "paranoid pop songs, mostly about falling in love and all of the things he thinks are going to kill him."
 
"Left Hand Free" comes from the forthcoming alt-J album This Is All Yours.
 
Melbourne artist Banoffee (aka Martha Brown) has just released "Got It", which will appear on her debut 5 track EP, due in August through artist run label Two Bright Lakes. Co-produced by Oscar Key Sung, the EP will include lead singles "Ninja" and "Reign Down". 
 
"Do You" is the most recent single from the forthcoming Spoon album They Want My Soul. The band will release their eighth studio album in early August.

Georgia Anne Muldrow is an American singer, musician and producer, and the first female artist signed to Stone's Throw Records. "Personal" comes from her first official rap release, a 5 track EP called Ms. One (Rap EP). 
 
"I'm Not Coming Back" is the first single from the forthcoming Husky album. They're touring in support of the single, playing on 18th July at Northcote Social Club; on 19th July at Jive Bar, Adelaide; 24th July at Rosemount Hotel, Perth; 25th July at Mojo's, Freemantle; 31st July at Newtown Social Club, Sydney; and 1st August at Black Bear Lodge, Brisbane. 
 
Melbourne band Total Control released Typical System at the end of June through Inertia in Australia, and through Iron Lung in the USA and La Vida Es Un Mus Discos in Europe.  
 
"We Are Strangers" is the new single from Ali E, the solo project of Ali Edmonds from Damn Terran, Heavy Beach and Little Athletics. She'll launch the single on Friday 18th July at The Workers Club in Fitzroy.
